Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. People 3 years old and over stay for AED 180 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AED 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that no alcohol is served at this property. Please note that there is an additional 20 AED tourism fee per bedroom in Apartment per night payable at the hotel directly. Kindly note that the Hotel has the right to validate the credit card details and to carry out a pre-authorization any time prior to arrival. For nonrefundable bookings, guests will receive payment link to process full payment within 48 hours post booking confirmation. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the unpaid reservations after the given time frame. Cancelation charges are subject to 10% Service Charge; 7% Municipality Fee and 5% VAT.
